very chocolatey and delicious

Prepare a chocolate pudding from milk, chocolate pudding powder, and sugar according to the package instructions. Let it cool, stirring frequently. Roughly chop the chocolate or peel it into curls with a vegetable peeler. Roughly crush the amaretti biscuits. Stir the crème fraîche and 2/3 of the chocolate into the pudding and layer it alternately with the amaretti biscuits in a glass bowl. Finish with the pudding and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate and, if desired, cocoa powder. The pudding must be almost cold, otherwise the chocolate will melt. The little chocolate pieces are what really add to this dessert. Very rich, but a MUST for chocolate lovers!
