Kohlrabi and carrot soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tsp, leveled vegetable broth
  • 300 ml water
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • some marjoram
  • some chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and dice the vegetables. Sauté them lightly in a pan without oil and deglaze with the vegetable stock (dissolved in the water). Cook for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Then puree everything and season with milk, lemon juice, and spices.
