Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • dill
  • Parsley
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the cucumber and cut the kohlrabi into thin sticks. Mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with about 2 tablespoons of vinegar and oil.
