Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 kohlrabi
- 1 tbsp, leveled cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Nutmeg
- e.g. vanilla, from the mill
- Kohlrabi leaves
- ½ lemon peel
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 3 x 3 cm cubes. Cook in salted water for 5 minutes. Remove with a ladle. Dissolve the cheese spread in the cooking liquid and season with nutmeg, vanilla, and lemon zest. Then add about 1 tablespoon of finely chopped kohlrabi greens. If necessary, tie the pieces together slightly and return them to the pan.
