Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g feta cheese
- some olives, green
- 1 tsp sambal oelek
- Herbs, as desired
- some sweet paprika powder
- some salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Sheep or goat cheese cream with olives
First, finely chop the olives. Crumble the feta cheese, add the olive oil, and blend both in a food processor. Then add the chopped olives, sambal oelek, and chopped herbs. Blend everything again, seasoning with salt and paprika. If necessary, add a little more olive oil while stirring until the desired consistency is reached.
