Greek pastries, for 35 pieces

Blend all ingredients, except the sesame seeds, with a mixer until a smooth dough forms. Shape into round or oblong koulourakia, roll in sesame seeds, and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. This amount of dough makes about 35 koulourakia. They will keep for up to a week in an airtight container.
