Krautstrudel (cabbage Strudel)

  • 700 g Fresh white cabbage
  • 100 g Onion
  • 200 g Smoked tofu
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable margarine
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Caraway seed
  • 1 packet Pastry
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  1. Finely chop the cabbage / cabbage, chop the onion and cut the tofu and fine cubes.
