Caraway Potatoes with Herb Quark

  • 12 small Potatoes fresh, unpeeled
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp Caraway seed
  • 500 g Quark lean
  • 250 ml Cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon balm fresh
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (fan oven 155 ° C). Wash the potatoes, brush them thoroughly and cut in half lengthways. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
