Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of noodles (kritharaki)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 8 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
- 3 bags of ready-made salad dressing mix
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
fresh Greek pasta salad
Cook the pasta for about 20 minutes until al dente. Chop the cucumber, bell pepper, spring onions, and cherry tomatoes, and toss with the pasta. Prepare the salad dressing according to the instructions, season with garlic and mayonnaise, and stir into the pasta and vegetable mixture. The salad can easily be prepared the day before.
