Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 apple, sour, red
- 2 bananas
- 4 kiwis
- 1 can peach(s)
- 1 can pineapple
- 300 g grapes, seedless
- 50 g almonds (almond sticks)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare a large bowl. Wash the apple, core it (do not peel it), and cut it into small pieces. Peel the bananas and kiwi and slice or chunk it. Chop the peaches and pineapple, and halve the grapes (if they are very small, you can leave them whole). Stir in the pineapple and peach juice, mix well, and season with lime juice. No additional sugar is needed because of the added juices. If you like, add slivered almonds at the end. The salad also tastes great with whipped cream. (You can vary the salad to your liking by adding other fruits, such as strawberries, pears, etc. in summer.)
