Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 75 g butter
- 5 eggs
- 125 ml water, lukewarm
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml oil
- 375 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 100 g dark chocolate shavings
- Fat, for the shape
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Delicious chocolate cake
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Cream the butter until smooth. Add the egg yolks, water, sugar, and vanilla sugar and beat until fluffy. Combine the baking powder with the sifted flour and stir into the mixture along with the oil. Fold the egg whites into the mixture. Add the cocoa powder and grated chocolate and mix. Carefully pour into a greased springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for about 50 minutes.
