Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potato(s), floury
- 50 g butter
- 100 g cheese (Gouda), finely grated
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- ½ tsp herbal salt
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil the potatoes until soft, peel, and mash them. Mix with all the ingredients. With wet hands, form them into egg-sized balls and flatten them. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
