Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 kumquats
  • ½ liter vinegar (white wine vinegar)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put the kumquats in the vinegar bottle, pour wine vinegar over them and let them steep for about 2 weeks.
