Labskaus from North Sea

  • 1 kg Floury potatoes
  • 2 st Onion
  • 400 g Corned beef
  • 7 Discs Beetroot
  • 6 st Pickled cucumbers
  • 4 ST Eggs
  • 4 st Rollpugs
  • 3 Pinches Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  1. Peel and cook the potatoes, mash the potatoes. Finely dice the onions with the Cornet Beef in the pan and roast them kuez. Dice the cucumber and beetroot, mix everything with the potatoes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add some cucumber water and beetroot juice. Serve with fried egg, beetroot, cucumber and rollmops.
