with chili and cocktail tomatoes – Greek alternative to pizza

Preheat oven to 190 degrees fan-assisted oven. Mix flour with salt, sprinkle over yeast, and add water. Knead for 3-5 minutes with a mixer or 10 minutes by hand. The dough does not need to rise. Pour the olive oil onto a 25 x 35 cm baking tray, place the dough in the middle, and turn once to ensure both sides are oiled. Now, using your palms and fingers, spread the dough out until the tray is completely filled. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and distribute the chili and tomatoes evenly. Season the tomatoes with salt, if desired. Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Since the ladenia will turn out smaller or larger depending on the tray size, and every oven is different, check it after 20 minutes and adjust the baking time as needed.
