lamb's lettuce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bowl of lamb’s lettuce
  • 4 eggs, boiled
  • 1 pack of bacon cubes, small packs
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 2 tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • n. B. Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with bacon and egg, sour – salty, lukewarm

Wash and drain the lamb’s lettuce. Fry the bacon in a hot pan with the oil until browned to your liking. Finely dice the boiled eggs. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients to make a vinaigrette. It should be very acidic. Add the egg, bacon (including the hot oil), and lettuce to the bowl and mix everything together. If serving the salad as a main course, I recommend serving it with fresh white bread with herb butter or toasted garlic bread. The salad is a great side dish for all kinds of dishes.
