Lamb's lettuce with bacon, goat cheese and pomegranate seeds

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce, wash and sort
  • 100g bacon
  • 100 g goat cheese, soft
  • 20 ml honey
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 30 ml herbal vinegar
  • 3 g salt
  • 10 g rosemary
  • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and sort the lamb’s lettuce. Fry the bacon until crispy. For the dressing, combine honey, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and rosemary. Fold half of the dressing into the lamb’s lettuce. Add the goat cheese and bacon and drizzle with the remaining dressing. Finally, sprinkle with the pomegranate seeds.
