Lamb's lettuce with grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g grapes, seedless
  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 5 walnuts
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar, more or less to taste
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Remove the roots from the lamb’s lettuce. Wash and spin dry. Wash the grapes, pat dry, and halve. Crack and roughly chop the nuts. Mix the vinegar, apple juice, salt, pepper, and sugar until dissolved. Then beat in the oil. Just before serving, fold in the grapes and lamb’s lettuce. Sprinkle with walnuts to serve. TIP: Serve with fresh baguette and a little butter for a light starter.
