Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g lamb’s lettuce
  • ¼ mango(s)
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • some olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash and trim the lamb’s lettuce as usual. Peel the mango and cut 1/4 of it into thin strips. Make a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb’s lettuce and mango strips and mix well.
