Lemon Champagne Dessert

The perfect lemon champagne dessert recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 piece Egg yolk
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon peel
  • 300 ml Sparkling wine
  1. For the lemon and sparkling wine dessert, place the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest in a metal bowl and beat until frothy.
  1. Place the bowl in a hot water bath. Add the sparkling wine drop by drop and stir in. Cook the cream over low heat until it falls heavily off the spoon. Pour the cream into glasses and serve with ladyfingers or strawberries as desired.
