Lamb's lettuce with mushrooms

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some sweet cream
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with delicious sour cream sauce!

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and spin dry. Slice the mushrooms and dice the onion. Sauté the onion in a pan with a little oil, add the mushrooms, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Sauté everything thoroughly. Let cool slightly. For the sauce, mix the sour cream with a little sweet cream until smooth, add the balsamic vinegar, and season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Add the lamb’s lettuce. Stir just before serving and top with the sautéed onions and mushrooms.
