Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 250 g cream cheese
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g North Sea crabs
- some salt and pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- e.g. jacket potatoes, peeled, not too many
- a few sprigs of dill
- 2 slices of lemon
- 2 slices of lime

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Something nice for in between
Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix with cream cheese, crème fraîche, and 100g of North Sea shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Spread the cream over the potatoes. Top with the remaining shrimp. Garnish with lemon, lime, and dill.
