- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 80 g lamb’s lettuce or rocket or endive
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped
- 1 shot of olive oil, virgin
- Herbs
- pepper

Quarter the pear, remove the core, and slice it. Drain the water from the tuna. Arrange the washed salad on plates with the pear slices and tuna. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and drizzle with olive oil. Season with herbs and pepper.
