Lamb's lettuce with physalis, raisins and feta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 100 g physalis
  • 2 handfuls of raisins
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

vegetarian, gluten-free

Wash the lamb’s lettuce, remove the physalis from its husks, and cut it in half. Add it to the salad along with the raisins and crumble the feta over the top. For the dressing, mix all ingredients thoroughly. Season to taste and add a dash of orange juice, sugar, or salt if desired.
