Lamb's lettuce with avocado, mango, pomegranate and goat cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • e.g. balsamic vinegar, e.g. pomegranate

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce and place it in a salad bowl. Remove the pomegranate seeds and add them along with the chopped mango, avocado, and goat cheese. For the dressing, thoroughly mix all ingredients together. If you have it, you can season it with a little sweet balsamic vinegar. If you like, add a little honey or mustard to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything gently.
