Lamb’s Lettuce with Pomegranate, Ham and Lime Dressing

dressing
- 1,5 piece Lime
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar or agave syrup
- 75 g Sour cream
- 0,5 tablespoon Pumpkin seed oil
- 0,333333 packet Salad herbs TK
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 2 tablespoon Salad seeds
- 0,5 piece Pomegranate
- 4 Discs Raw ham
- 1 piece Red onion
- Wash and clean the lettuce. Unpuddle the pomegranate. Cut the ham into pieces. Dice the onion
- Squeeze the lime, stir in the sugar and salad herbs with the whisk, stir in the oil, sour cream, pepper & salt
- Roast the lettuce seeds in a pan, stirring constantly, add the ham and fry briefly. Pour into a bowl and let cool down a little
- Mix the pomegranate and onion with the dressing, add the lamb’s lettuce and stone and ham mixture and fold in.
