Lamb’s Lettuce with Pomegranate, Ham and Lime Dressing

The perfect lamb’s lettuce with pomegranate, ham and lime dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dressing

  • 1,5 piece Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar or agave syrup
  • 75 g Sour cream
  • 0,5 tablespoon Pumpkin seed oil
  • 0,333333 packet Salad herbs TK
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon Salad seeds
  • 0,5 piece Pomegranate
  • 4 Discs Raw ham
  • 1 piece Red onion
  1. Wash and clean the lettuce. Unpuddle the pomegranate. Cut the ham into pieces. Dice the onion
  1. Squeeze the lime, stir in the sugar and salad herbs with the whisk, stir in the oil, sour cream, pepper & salt
  1. Roast the lettuce seeds in a pan, stirring constantly, add the ham and fry briefly. Pour into a bowl and let cool down a little
  1. Mix the pomegranate and onion with the dressing, add the lamb’s lettuce and stone and ham mixture and fold in.
