Ingredients
- 100 g Lamb's lettuce
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 can Tuna in oil
- 2 tbsp Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Clean, wash and spin dry the field lettuce.
- Wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings.
- Wash tomatoes and cut in half.
- Arrange the lettuce, spring onions and tomatoes on a plate. with one tbsp ger. Sprinkle the Parmesan on top.
- For the dressing, drain the tuna and pick it apart with a fork.
- 1 tablespoons of Parmesan, vinegar, oil and honey in a tall mixing bowl and finely pureed with a hand blender (should be a thick mass)
- If too firm, add a little more olive oil.
- Season the dressing with salt and pepper and spread over the lamb's lettuce.
