Lamb's lettuce with tomatoes in balsamic radish sprout dressing

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of lamb’s lettuce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp linseed oil or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar di Modena
  • 2 tbsp water
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tbsp radish sprouts

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lamb’s lettuce. Halve the washed cherry tomatoes. First, combine the oil, vinegar, and water, then season the dressing and stir in the sprouts. Finally, combine everything and serve.
