Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g lamb’s lettuce
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, Italian
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Remove the roots from the lamb’s lettuce and then wash the leaves. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Remove the canned tuna and, if necessary, chop it up a little in a bowl. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and mix. Finally, drizzle with the olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
