Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of taco shell(s) or wraps
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 cans of mixed vegetables
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Cheese, grated or sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

First, cook the ground beef with the diced onion until tender and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, drain the mixed canned vegetables and finely chop the bell peppers and tomatoes. Combine the ground beef and vegetables in a bowl and fill the taco shells or wraps with the mixture. Finally, sprinkle with cheese or drizzle with sour cream and enjoy. Instead of ground beef, you can also use tuna, chicken, or just vegetables—the sky’s the limit.
