Dressing for Lamb’s Lettuce

The perfect dressing for lamb’s lettuce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 75 g Lean ham cubes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Bianco balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth
  • 150 ml Water
  • 4 small Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 15 Walnut kernels
  • 1 Pc. Parmesan
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and flaky mushrooms, chop the walnuts. Place raw mushrooms in a cereal bowl. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the ham and onion in it. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Add the water and vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Pour hot over the mushrooms. Let it steep for at least 1 hour and stir several times. Season with lime juice just before serving. Pour the dressing over the lamb’s lettuce and sprinkle the walnuts on top. Slice the Parmesan on top. Also works for other leaf lettuce, of course.
