Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g lamb’s lettuce, cleaned
- 70 ml white balsamic vinegar
- 100 ml oil (walnut oil)
- 1 tbsp onion(s), finely chopped
- ½ tsp honey
- ½ tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tsp herbs (salad herbs)
- salt and pepper
- 1 orange(s)
- 4 walnuts, shelled
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the finely chopped onion with salt, pepper, salad greens, mustard, honey, and vinegar until dissolved. Then add the oil and mix thoroughly. Peel and segment the orange, then cut into fairly small pieces. First, pour the dressing over the salad, then finely chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the top. Finally, add the orange segments and mix thoroughly.
