Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 bag of semolina (semolina porridge)
  • 250 g berries, e.g. raspberries, strawberries or currants
  • 50 g cornflakes
  • 50 g white chocolate, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Semolina porridge with berries

Bring the milk to a rolling boil, remove from the heat, and stir in the semolina while stirring. Let the semolina stand for 5 minutes. Wash the berries, setting some aside for garnish, and puree the remaining berries. Layer the semolina porridge, berry puree, and flakes alternately in 4 tall glasses. Finish with a dollop of berry puree. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings and garnish with berries.
