Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g lasagna sheet(s), without pre-cooking
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion(s)
- 250 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- 1 can of tomatoes, in pieces (approx. 425 ml)
- some tomato paste
- 125 ml meat broth
- oregano
- 2 tbsp butter
- 50 g flour
- ½ liter of milk
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
- basil
- 250 g cheese, grated
- sweet cream
- Butter in flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
For the Bolognese sauce: Heat 1 tablespoon of butter, fry the diced onion, and then brown the minced meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomatoes and tomato paste (amount to taste). Top with stock and simmer for about 30 minutes, then season to taste. For the béchamel sauce: Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, add the flour, sauté, and stir in the milk. Stir until smooth and simmer for about 10 minutes, then season to taste. Grease a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheets in the dish, then the minced meat sauce, then the béchamel sauce, and finally the cheese. Continue layering in this order. Finish with a layer of pastry. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with butter flakes and a little sweet cream. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
