Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of Chinese cabbage, cut into strips
- 6 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, dark
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions

also delicious with other types of salad
Make a dressing from oil, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard, and crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the sliced Chinese cabbage and let it marinate for a while. Serve with freshly baked ciabatta or baguette.
