Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 liter beef broth
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cans of tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • salt and pepper
  • 10 lasagna sheets
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • Parmesan

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

quick and tasty

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add the beef broth, chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and simmer uncovered over low heat for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, break the lasagna sheets into bite-sized pieces and cook according to the package instructions. Add the drained pasta to the soup. Season to taste and serve with a dollop of crème fraîche and some grated Parmesan cheese.
