Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 pack of pudding powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dissolve the coffee in 4 tablespoons of boiling water. Make a pudding from the pudding mix, milk, and sugar. Mix 1/3 of the pudding with the dissolved coffee. Layer the pudding into dessert glasses and chill for about 30 minutes. Before serving, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until semi-stiff. Distribute it among the desserts and dust with cocoa powder.
