Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter of milk
- 100 ml sweet cream
- 1 tbsp Nutella
- 1 tsp cocoa powder, instant
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- possibly coconut milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the milk. Drain 250 ml and set aside. Add the cream to the remaining milk and continue heating until the Nutella is completely dissolved. Stir in the cocoa powder and cinnamon. Divide the drink between 4 latte macchiato glasses, filling each glass only 3/4 full. Froth the 250 ml of milk from the beginning and spread the foam over the cocoa with a spoon. Sprinkle with cocoa powder, if desired. For a variation, add a dash of coconut milk while heating. This gives the cocoa an exotic flavor.
