Layered dessert with chocolate bonbons

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 8 pieces of confectionery (chocolate bonbons)
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 4 chocolate bars (Kinder Pingui)
  • e.g. strawberries or raspberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the chocolate bonbons. Combine the low-fat quark, mascarpone, and 2-3 tablespoons of milk in a bowl and mix, then stir in the chopped chocolate bonbons. Then fill a piping bag. Unwrap the chocolate bonbons, then cut out a 4 cm diameter circle in the center of each one. Set aside the leftovers. Prepare dessert glasses and fill them halfway with the cream from the piping bag, place the cut-out chocolate bonbons on top, and finally fill the glasses with more cream. Top with the reserved chocolate bonbons and serve with strawberries and raspberries.
