Leaf salad dressing low in fat but delicious

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
  • 350 ml low-fat milk
  • Salad herbs, dried or fresh
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • some mustard
  • 1 dashes lemon extract
  • 1 dash of cream, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

The easiest way is to put everything together in a dressing shaker and shake. This dressing goes well with pretty much any leafy salad, including arugula and/or peppers and tomatoes.
