Leaf salad with radishes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ head of lettuce, e.g. lettuce, romaine or Batavia lettuce
  • ½ bunch radishes
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • Salad herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the lettuce, wash it, and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean the radishes and cut them into thin slices. Finely slice the spring onions, including the fresh, dark green parts. In a bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients well. Add the lettuce, radishes, and spring onions, mix everything together gently, and serve.
