Leaf salad with sorrel in tarragon dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 lettuce(s)
  • 4 handfuls of sorrel
  • 4 tbsp tarragon vinegar, preferably homemade
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp tarragon, freshly chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • Sweetener or sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean and wash the lettuce. Wash the sorrel. For the dressing, combine all ingredients and season to taste. Mix everything together and let it sit for a while before serving.
