Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Leberkäse
- 500 g spaetzle, cooked
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 200 g cheese, grated
- some sunflower oil
- some butter or margarine for greasing
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Peel and finely dice the onion. Dice the Leberkäse (meatloaf). Heat a little sunflower oil in a pan and sauté the diced onion until translucent. In a greased casserole dish, combine the spaetzle, Leberkäse (meatloaf cubes), onion, and some grated cheese. Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes. A mixed salad is the best side dish.
