Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 Leberkäse
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 pack of Greek-style coleslaw
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp mustard, sweet
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

Place the burger buns in the oven at 190°C for about 8 minutes. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Add oil to the pan and fry the onion rings and meatloaf on both sides. Briefly fry the tomatoes until the water runs out, so they taste more intense. Cut open the burger buns, cover the bottom half thickly with coleslaw, then add meatloaf and spread it thickly with sweet mustard. Add the toasted onion rings and tomatoes. Finally, spread the top half of the burger with mayonnaise, and you’re done.
