Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 m.-large onion(s), red
  • 125 g bacon, streaky
  • 10 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 500 g pasta

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente and drain, or use leftovers from the day before. Peel and finely chop the onions, and cut the bacon into small cubes. Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt, and mix with the milk. Heat the oil in a large pan, fry the bacon, add the onion, and cook until translucent. Add the pasta to the pan and fry lightly. Finally, add the eggs and let them set, turning frequently. Season with pepper and serve immediately.
