Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of Leberkäse
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 250 g mushrooms (or 2 small mushrooms)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 onions
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying
  • ml broth (amount depending on the desired consistency and amount of sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the onions. Wash the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Dice the Leberkäse (meatloaf). Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick pan. First, fry the onions with the Leberkäse (meatloaf) until lightly browned. Then add the tomato paste and fry lightly. Dust with flour and deglaze with the broth. Add the vegetables and cook until tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tip: I use canned mushrooms. This makes a quick and easy dish. I serve it with delicious spaetzle.
