Low carb, with raw food

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Wash the celery, halve it crosswise, and cut it lengthwise into very fine strips. Peel the carrots, halve it lengthwise, and cut each half lengthwise into fine strips. Wash the bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut them lengthwise into fine strips. Cut the cheese into 24 strips. Place two slices of Leberkäse next to each other and spread with a little mustard. Place two strips each of celery, bell pepper, and carrot on the Leberkäse. Place two strips each of cheese on the vegetables and roll up the Leberkäse. If desired, you can also add herbs. Place the remaining cheese strips on the rolls. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake in the oven for approx. 8-10 minutes. Any kind of salad goes well with this. Bread also goes well with it. Leftover vegetables can be used in a salad.
