Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 slices of Leberkäse
- 1 can of pineapple
- 150 g mushrooms
- 1 onion(s)
- 25 g margarine
- 3 slices of farmhouse bread
- 2 slices cheese (Gouda), medium-aged
- some salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the meatloaf, fry in the fat, and drain on kitchen paper. Sauté the mushrooms and onions in the fat and season with salt and pepper. Place the meatloaf on the bread and top with pineapple. Distribute the mushrooms on top, top with cheese, and bake at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
