Clean and wash the strawberries and puree half of them with powdered sugar and lemon juice! Dice the remaining strawberries.
Mix the mascarpone, yoghurt and vanilla sugar well! At the same time whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mascarpone mixture!
In a baking dish, lay out the ladyfingers dipped in orange juice. Then spread half of the mascarpone mixture on top, then pour the strawberry puree over it, then strawberry cubes. Repeat the whole thing again and sprinkle with chocolate flakes on top! Chill 2-3 hours before consumption!
