Leek and Ham Noodles

The perfect leek and ham noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Tagliatelle
  • 250 g Ham cubes
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 3 teaspoon Table horseradish hot
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Bread cubes
  • Butter
  1. Heat some oil in a pan, fry the ham cubes until crispy and then take them out of the pan
  2. Clean the leek, wash thoroughly, cut into rings, add to the pan with the roasting fat and fry in it, turning.
  3. Add the ham with a little oil, heat, dust with the flour and sweat.
  4. Now gradually deglaze everything with the broth and cream and bring to the boil
  5. Stir in horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Finally add the cooked pasta and mix in thoroughly
  7. Toast the bread cubes in a little butter.
  8. Arrange the ham noodles on a plate and pour the bread cubes over them – bon appetit; 🙂
