Leek and Ham Noodles
The perfect leek and ham noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 250 g Ham cubes
- 1 pole Leek
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 100 ml Cream
- 3 teaspoon Table horseradish hot
- Salt
- Pepper
- Bread cubes
- Butter
- Heat some oil in a pan, fry the ham cubes until crispy and then take them out of the pan
- Clean the leek, wash thoroughly, cut into rings, add to the pan with the roasting fat and fry in it, turning.
- Add the ham with a little oil, heat, dust with the flour and sweat.
- Now gradually deglaze everything with the broth and cream and bring to the boil
- Stir in horseradish and season with salt and pepper.
- Finally add the cooked pasta and mix in thoroughly
- Toast the bread cubes in a little butter.
- Arrange the ham noodles on a plate and pour the bread cubes over them – bon appetit; 🙂
